Question 1

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

There is no area limit. You can browse listings from participating licensed agencies across Korea, and overseas or out-of-area properties are grouped under Special Listings.

Question 2

Can I search and inquire from overseas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The site is available in 19 languages; leave your contact details and a message on the inquiry form and the agency responsible for the listing will get back to you.

Question 3

Who brokers overseas properties?

Accepted Answer

Overseas properties are introduced and brokered by licensed local partner agents in that country. AvenueStar does not broker them directly and provides only general information on overseas remittance and taxes.

Question 4

Are the listing photos of the actual unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The licensed agent responsible for the listing shoots them on site and uploads them.

Question 5

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Accepted Answer

No appointment is needed at our operating office in Bucheon. If you have a listing in mind, call or send an inquiry first so we can check its status and show it to you without a wait. For listings held by other agencies, send an inquiry and that agency will arrange the visit.
